There are two ways to reach Poly Research & Robotics. For anything technical — a bot that will not fill, a CLOB error, a question about what a dataset contains — the Discord is faster than email, because the people answering are running the same systems you are. For everything else, use the form below or email chris@polyresearchrobotics.com.
Email is the right channel for data requests and custom dataset builds, press and partnership enquiries, corrections to published research, takedown requests, and anything covered by our privacy policy such as an account or data-deletion request. Corrections are welcome and get published alongside the original piece — if we got something wrong about a trader, a market mechanic or a dataset, we would rather know.
