These terms govern your use of polyresearchrobotics.com, the PR&R Discord server, the account portal, and the data API. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
Poly Research & Robotics ("PR&R", "we", "us") publishes guides, trader reports, a strategy database, and a data API focused on prediction markets, primarily Polymarket. We also operate a Discord community at discord.gg/z8ux3NqzQA. The service is free.
Some features require an account at /account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you let someone else use your account, anything they do counts as you doing it.
You may close your account at any time by emailing cweigendev@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to:
We expose Polymarket order books and matching Binance quote data via api.polyresearchrobotics.com. Files are served as presigned URLs valid for 24 hours.
The data is provided "as-is" for research and bot development. It may contain gaps, errors, or delays. Don't rely on it for execution decisions without your own validation. Coverage windows and rate limits may change without notice.
Everything on this site, including guides, strategy descriptions, trader reports, and data exports, is for informational and educational purposes only. We are not licensed investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. Prediction markets carry real financial risk, including total loss of funds. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Original content we publish (guides, reports, code we author) is © Poly Research & Robotics. You may quote and reference our content for non-commercial use with attribution. For other uses, ask.
Data we redistribute (Polymarket prices, Binance quotes) belongs to its originating source and is subject to those sources' terms. We aggregate and republish it as a convenience.
If you submit anything to us (Discord messages, feedback, bug reports), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to improve the service. We won't claim ownership of your work.
The service relies on third parties including Google (OAuth), Discord (OAuth and community), AWS, Cloudflare, and Vercel. Their availability, performance, and terms are outside our control. By using the service you also agree to be bound by those providers' applicable terms.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, content, or the API. We'll give reasonable notice for breaking changes when we can, but we don't guarantee any uptime, response time, or backwards compatibility.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR&R will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, lost data, or trading losses. Our total aggregate liability to you for direct damages will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), and that's only because some courts require a non-zero floor.
You agree to indemnify and hold PR&R harmless from any third-party claim arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either of us can end this agreement at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these terms. The sections that, by their nature, should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via the "Last updated" date and, for active account holders, by email to the address on file at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
